Turn Podcasts into Transcripts with Ease

Turn Podcasts into Transcripts with Ease

Have you ever listened to a podcast and wished you could capture every word without the hassle of manual note-taking? That’s exactly the problem I set out to solve — and now I’m excited to share a tool I built: Podcast to Transcript.

This open-source project takes your favorite podcast episodes and automatically converts them into clean, readable transcripts. Whether you’re a researcher, content creator, language learner, or just someone who prefers reading over listening, this tool makes podcasts far more accessible and searchable.

🔹 Why I built it:
Podcasts are packed with insights, but they’re not always easy to reference later. Having a transcript means you can highlight key ideas, quote speakers accurately, and quickly revisit important sections.

🔹 What it does:

  • Fetches podcast audio

  • Converts speech into text

  • Delivers an organized transcript you can use anywhere

It’s simple, efficient, and free to use.

If you try it out, I’d love to hear your feedback or contributions! Together, we can make podcasts more useful and accessible for everyone.
